Bader School Parliament

Local History Forum

September 21, 2015 | 1 Comment

Ellie, our Minister for Learning was the sole voice for pupils at a local history forum event this afternoon. The group is made up of teachers from across the Tees Valley, asked to contribute ideas and discuss the making of an on-line resource that will support local teachers in designing and planning learning around local history, with links to support that may be accessed through a number of local museums. The project is being led by Anna Salaman and supported locally by Andrew Stogdale (Inspire2Learn). Mr Feasey + school’s History Lead, Miss White, were very impressed by Ellie’s willingness to contribute some brilliant ideas in open forum. Ellie spoke with confidence and clarity, representing the Bader Parliament wonderfully well.

Well done Ellie. What a great ambassador for the school?
